The No. 1 overall rated offensive lineman in the 2022 class, Josh Conerly Jr., has made his college decision.
The wait is over.
The last undecided five-star prospect for the 2022 recruiting cycle has signed.
Josh Conerly Jr. is headed to Eugene, OR. He announced Friday night that he will be attending Oregon in the fall.
Dan Lanning makes a huge splash landing the 5-Star player.

The 6’5, 283-pound prospect chose Oregon over Miami, Michigan, Oklahoma, USC and Washington. The Duck’s were hoping to add an impact player to their offensive line this recruiting cycle, and they’ve landed one in Josh Conerly Jr.
He will have every opportunity to contribute immediately upon arriving on campus.
Conerly Jr. did not rush his recruitment. He chose to wait until after his high school basketball season before taking his remaining visits. The two-sport star was the starting center for Rainier Beach’s prestigious basketball team in addition to playing for the football program.
He took official visits to OU (January 15th) and Miami (January 28th), and then after the hoops season ended, he visited Oregon (March 12th) and USC (March 25th) before making a final decision.
Our team at College GameTime spoke about Conerly Jr. about a month ago and did not anticipate Oregon winning this recruiting battle (see video).
The Ducks have found an anchor to solidify their offensive line.
The heavy favorite heading into Friday night was the USC Trojans. All odds had Conerly Jr. ending up in Southern California.
However, Josh Conerly Jr. had other plans and shocked the country when he announced he was headed to Oregon.
